The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 感人是很感人啦，但总体还是俗套的励志电影，滤镜太厚，现代制作感太强了，缺乏上世纪街头三教九流粗粝感
成熟的电影技术和电影技法也没能载动属于北野武本人的故事，很大程度上也许是共情引导的失败。网飞需要意识到一点，观众的眼泪并不廉价，刻意倒错的时间线明显是为了营造感人肺腑的情感共鸣和爆发时刻，但有的时候，目的性极强地卖弄叙事结构反而成了弄巧成拙，不选用平铺直叙大概也是因为主创知道一切烘托情绪的情节设置都太过老套而直白吧。网飞的市场性也许注定其大部分产出将止步于量产老练而模版化的工业品。整部影片无论形式还是内容都像最后一个漂亮的长镜头，乍看精巧，细品则是满溢着的空虚。

闷头做事，侧耳倾听，穿针引线，挑拨离间，一身功夫，一场大火，没有假期的杀手，心若在，梦就在，大不了重头再来。

古典悬疑话剧，工整严谨，利用套层信息差，让观众结尾小高潮，核心叙事技巧也隐隐有些剧透就四个字：扮猪吃虎

中规中矩的传记电影，但依然令人感动。
ps.结尾暴击
一直看到临近结尾阿武和师父从酒馆里走出来，送阿武上车时跟他说如果车费有剩余记得拿回来给我的那一幕才彻底明白了阿武在师父心里的份量，也确实没想到这竟然说师徒此生最后的缘份。
