沉重的疫情题材，对于一个有着批判的英国电影传统来说，故事过于单薄。在国家体系陷入崩塌，自救与他救，明显电影虚构的困境相比于现实是如此微乎其微。

现实就是这样，歌功颂德的佛跳墙看多了，需要提神醒脑一下
3.5。看看人家在拍什么，再看看……别的不多说了，Sarah一哭我也跟着哭，朱迪科默演戏真是老天爷赏饭吃。
还说 Jodie Comer这口音学着得多难啊，刚一看，原来就是正经的利物浦人。
朱迪科莫表演吸睛，就是口音英语有点难受。
近景的压迫感和不断令人窒息的室内戏 其困境就如同病毒般无声无息 电影的片名不该叫援助 应该是声嘶力竭到无处安放的病人求救
本身疗养院生活就让人透不过气，疫情突袭更让人窒息。朱迪科默独自一人夜里照顾病人那段戏看得揪心。
早就受够了伟光正那一套，像援助这种少一点套路的多好
镜头打一开始就很压抑，节奏有种刻意的凌乱。叙事的时间线很简单，推进很快，高潮在一瞬间爆发，结尾像是一种呐喊。五星是因为电影讲出了一种真实。总有阳光照不到的地方，但同样需要被人看到。
那段啾迪和托尼在夜里合作的的戏，通过变换色调更改视角真是看的人心里一揪一揪的。片子简单又有力，这才是抓住主要矛盾了
